What is Imperion? and How long does it take?

Imperion is a strategic massive multi player online game which takes place in outer space. You can choose between three species, (the inventive Terrans, the ancient Titans and the savage Xen) in which to colonize planets for one year (about 4-6 months in Speedservers) to conquer the three known Galaxies.

In addition to strategic aptness, diplomacy and trade are important to assure the survival of your own species.

You can expect epic battles with thousands of spaceships, three species, up to 32 buildings, 6 types of planets with different attributes and thousands of solar systems. Settle or garrison planets, join an alliance, trade resources and negotiate diplomatic contracts, or impose your will through superior firepower. The possibilities are unlimited.
