Defense system

Defensive systems can be built on any planet under your control, and can consist of a mixture of Anti-Space craft batteries or Missile defense systems.
The Anti-Space craft batteries can consist of low tech defensive system's (for example: a non-intelligent Terran Flak battery) to sophisticated high tech weaponry (for example: black hole inducing Titan Disruptor).
Terrans and Xen, also have the advantage of building Missile defense systems.
